Multi-tenant SaaS platform serving Kenyan SMEs with point-of-sale, accounting, tax compliance, and a full CRM sales pipeline (companies, contacts, deals, kanban stages). Enterprise RBAC with 40+ permissions, encrypted per-tenant credential management, and offline-first PWA for uninterrupted operations. Deployed on cloud Linux servers with Docker, Nginx, CI/CD, and automated SSL.
Multi-tenant property management platform with M-Pesa auto-reconciliation, resident portal, lease automation, arrears reporting, and eTIMS compliance. Implemented onboarding wizard, multi-step form flows, real-time notifications, and CI/CD pipeline with automated linting and testing.
Managed enterprise ICT network infrastructure — routers, switches, firewalls. Conducted preventive maintenance on 2G, 3G, and LTE base stations ensuring regional uptime.
